Retreat Terms & Conditions

Deposit

A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of £150 is required to secure a place on the Luxury Spa & Wellness Retreat scheduled for Friday 29th September – Monday 1st October 2023.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation policy is firm. Payment of non-refundable/non-tranferable deposit and remaining balance to the Luxury Spa & Wellness Retreat indicates agreement with the conditions contained on this page.

All payments made towards the full balance are non-refundable. 

The named person on booking is liable to pay full costs as set out in the payment plan.

Spaces may be transferred to another person at the responsibility of the original purchaser.

Balance of Payment

£150 deposit upon booking

The remaining balance must be paid in full by 29th August 2023.

In the very unlikely event of the retreat being cancelled, all costs will be returned.

Insurance

As it is a short-term break, you agree that you take out adequate travel insurance to cover all eventualities.

Limitation of Liability – Luxury Spa & Wellness Retreat (Meghan Hutcheon)

In the unlikely event of injury, illness, theft or disruption to the programme in the Luxury Spa & Wellness Retreat, Meghan Hutcheon is not responsible for any loss or damage to your personal property, or for any injury or illness sustained during the retreat.

Please check with your own GP that you are well enough to attend the retreat activities.
