Weekly Flows

Each week you will receive TWO yoga flows which are suitable for all levels. 1 x 20-30 minute flow & 1 x 45-60 minute flow. This enables you to have flexibility & choice of practices to fit in with your day-to-day life.

Weekly Meditations

Each week I will share a guided meditation relating to our theme. This can be used on its own or as part as your Savasana.

Informative Content

Each week incorporates a different theme that you can incorporate firstly on the mat, and then take it off the mat, in to your life. I talk through suggestions on how to explore theme to elevate your practice.

Bonus Video

Each week involves a little surprise - ranging from alignment techniques, breathwork, drills, yoga philosophy, CBT & NLP techniques to expand your awareness further & deepen your understanding.

Exclusive Group Access

You will have access to the Yoga Megs Members Only Facebook group. All Instagram & Facebook live replays are saved exclusively for members to catch-up on, as well as additional content, teachings & challenges. This safe, supportive & empowering space is also used to explore themes deeper & share insights.
